In 1940's Philadelphia, prejudices and inequalities were still ordinarily integrated into a justice system that was polluted with corruption. "Treetop" is a gritty, shocking and emotionally raw true story that examines the injustice of one man caught in that system, and the rise of another who believed in his innocence. "Treetop" is a story of moral depravity, corruption, and murder that is juxtaposed with a story of love, belief, and sacrifice.
Treetop is a true story to be produced by Robert D. Kanter and Sebastian M. Hoskins. Treetop will be filmed on location in Philidelphia, PA. The film has 65% of the budget in place and several actors attached to the project.
Rogue Wave Film's will provided finishing funds and receive an Executive Producer screen credit.
DAY BY DAY ARMAGEDDON
A U.S. Military Officer is trained to fight terrorist and military invasions, but when a “super-flu” spreads across the world, he realizes what’s happening is the one thing he isn’t prepared for: ZOMBIES.
Unlike most zombie story lines where the “average joe” has to survive a zombie apocalypse, this series will focus on the fascinating “experts” and “trained professionals” using their skills to traverse an intense and stressful situation in every episode. This is in the vein of The Strain (cable’s #1 new series of 2014) with their lead being the head of the CDC and their twist on the classic vampire, with their new breed. This property also employs this technique with it’s smarter, faster, and non-decaying radioactive zombies.
Based on the popular book series by J. L. Bourne, Day By Day Armegeddon brings an established property ready for adaption. Rogue Wave Films has exclusive rights to shop the novels as a television series. We have an established working relationship with the author and treatments for the first three episodes are in development.
